“The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.”
"Dianna does not bring a cookie-cutter approach to coaching.
Rather she utilizes assessments, tools and coaching specific to an
individual's needs. Her calm and caring demeanor allows for a
relationship of trust and confidence to develop. This trusting
relationship opens the door to true and meaningful introspection and
allows the individual to receive feedback in a non-defensive and
constructive manner. With this foundation, Dianna leads her clients down
a road of continued personal and professional growth and development."

Assessments
These robust tools offer a well-rounded and holistic view of your unique talents, gifts, and challenges. I have chosen these specific assessments because they offer fundamental insights into your distinct style for developing and mastering personal effectiveness and success. They can stand alone, but together they provide a powerful cadre for significant learning and achievement.
Strengths Assessment
I help my clients identify their strengths so they can
develop and consistently engage them. For many people, naming their
strengths proves to be challenging. For the most part, we are not raised
to talk about or regard our strengths. Most of our culture focuses on
how to overcome weaknesses. So, I decided some time ago to use an
assessment to help people acknowledge, appreciate, and build on their
strengths. Research indicates that if you capitalize on your strengths
you are more likely to be successful and fulfilled at work and at home.
Coaches help athletes recognize, develop, and take advantage of their
strengths. The Strengths tool helps you name your talents. I help you
engage and maximize them for optimal success in reaching your goals and
aspirations.
Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i)
The EQ-i, which accurately defines and assess the 15
skills that constitute emotional and social intelligence, is the only
emotional intelligence self-report rating that has been scientifically
demonstrated to be both reliable and valid. Good relationships and
coping strategies are the key to success in every area of human
activity. In the research there is an incontrovertible link between
emotional intelligence and proven success in peoples personal and
working lives. In my coaching,
the EQ-i has been a valuable tool to provide people with a greater
awareness and understanding of their internal world, how they cope with
change, handle stress, and their overall view of their current reality
and the future. The EQ-i will be an invaluable tool within the CORE Journey to help you reach your goals.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is the widest used
personality inventory in the world. The MBTI helps people identify their
unique gifts and preferences for energizing, perceiving,
decision-making, and organizing. The information and feedback enhances
understanding of yourself, your motivations, your natural strengths, and
indentifies areas for potential growth. I have used the MBTI for over
20 years and continue to be amazed at the depth of understanding and
insight people gain from this instrument. The MBTI provides an excellent
lens to look at distinct ways each one of us can engage our personal
effectiveness.
Communication Preference Questionnaire (CPQ)
The Communication Preference Questionnaire is a simple,
yet compelling way to understand interpersonal communication. I’ve used
the CPQ with my students, clients, teams, and my family. The outcome is
always a deeper awareness of how our words affect others and ourselves.
The CPQ provides a look at our values, focus, humor, and energy. It
gives information on trigger words, areas for improvement, and
blindspots. I use it during the CORE Journey
when we explore self-talk, energy renewal and management, and
communication with people who may be involved or affected by your growth
and development. This is an excellent Teambuilding tool to improve
effectiveness and productivity.
Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey (TESI)
I use the TESI (Team Emotional and Social Intelligence
Survey) to assist teams in their effectiveness and productivity. The
TESI is designed to enable team members and their leaders to
systematically evaluate their teams performance and understand the seven
critical behaviors of emotional/social intelligence that are requisite
for building high-performing teams: Team Identity, Motivation, Emotional
Awareness, Communication, Stress Tolerance, Conflict Resolution, and
Positive Mood.
